Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of SiteSee. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

SiteSee lets homeowners browse house models from partner construction companies and order photorealistic CGI videos that place a chosen house on the homeowner’s own land. To produce a video, you film your plot and upload the footage; we then create and deliver the rendered result. Construction companies may list house models, subject to our review and approval.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You agree to provide accurate information.

3. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown before payment (for example, €85 per house, with a discounted bundle for three houses) and are charged in EUR via Stripe.
  • After your footage is approved, you pay to start production. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
  • You may have a limited number of open orders at a time to keep the queue fair. Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
  • Because deliverables are custom-made digital work, fees are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.

4. Your footage and content

You retain ownership of the footage you upload. You grant SiteSee a limited license to store, process, and use that footage solely to produce and deliver your order and to provide support. You confirm that you have the right to film the land in question and to share the footage, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

5. Deliverables

On full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered CGI video for your personal, non-commercial purposes (such as planning and sharing your build). CGI videos are illustrative visualizations, not architectural, structural, or engineering advice, and may differ from a finished building.

6. For construction companies

  • Company accounts require our approval before listing models.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the designs, plans, and materials you submit, and you grant SiteSee a license to display your listings and to use your project files to produce renders.
  • Your listings must be accurate and not misleading.
  • We may decline, unpublish, or remove listings, or suspend accounts, that breach these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or using it to harass others.

8. Intellectual property

SiteSee and its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Latvia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
